GRG collects only the minimum information required to operate its moderation features. This includes Discord user identifiers, server identifiers, and metadata about join events needed to detect verified matches. GRG does not read or store message content.
Collected information is used solely to detect verified accounts associated with Rayan and to enforce automated moderation actions such as bans. Information is never used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to server protection.
GRG retains operational data only for as long as necessary to provide moderation features. Records related to enforcement actions may be kept for logging and review purposes and are removed when no longer required.
GRG requests only the permissions necessary to operate: View Channels, Moderate Members, Ban Members, and Read Message History. These permissions are used exclusively to detect and remove verified matches.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data GRG processes against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
GRG operates on the Discord platform and relies on the Discord API. Your use of Discord is governed by Discord’s own terms and privacy policy. GRG does not sell user data to any third party.
Server administrators may remove GRG at any time, which stops all data processing for that server. If you have questions about data associated with your account, you may contact the GRG team.
